You can book online through our website on. In this case, please provide the full details on the online booking and your contact number. The training coordinator will contact you immediately to assist you on how to proceed with the booking and fees payment.

Yes, our room can customize as per trainer requirement such as in Pod, classroom types, u- shape and Theatre.

Yes.  A one-day course could be delivered over two half day sessions, please contact us on 59448503 we will assist you for your requirement. 

Booking can be done based on the hours requested by trainers. 

If you would like to inquire about the discounts, please contact our booking department: training@rockfin.mu or 59448503

We accept payment via bank transfer. If you would like to pay using bank transfer a “proforma invoice” will be shared. You will be required to pay 70% of the full fees.

For most of the events, we are required by law to charge VAT. However, the VAT is reclaimable after the event. Your accountant may have more information about this. 

We understand that occasionally things happen out of your control, and you may need to cancel or postpone a course.  In this event please could you email training@rockfin.mu and we will do our best to help. Please note that we do have standard terms and conditions, and you can review these by clicking on link. 

Participants must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. If a client cancels or reschedules a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a “late cancel” and will be charged at the full rate.
